About the Company:

An established and expanding agricultural dealership near Rugby is looking for an experienced Depot Service Manager to lead their service operations and support their continued growth.

The Role:

As the Depot Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring a best-in-class service experience for all customers
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the service department
Managing staff rotas, absence, and holiday schedules
Understanding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service
Reviewing engineers’ reports and processing repair work through warranty and invoicing systems

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Technician, Engineer, or Service Manager within agriculture, plant, or construction machinery
A successful track record in leading and developing a team
A full UK driving licence
Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and the demands faced by farmers
The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
