Hours: Monday – Friday (Days)
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN EQUIPMENT HIRE
(Plant, Tools, Powered Access or similar)

About the Company My client is a large and well-established Tool / Plant / Powered Access hire company operating nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Hire Desk Controller to join their busy depot team.
Role Overview – Hire Desk Controller

Handling hire enquiries via phone, email and online systems
Checking machine availability and keeping system statuses accurate and up to date
Working closely with engineering and transport teams to ensure equipment is prepared and delivered on time
Providing excellent customer service and acting as a friendly, efficient point of contact for all depot enquiries

What You’ll Need

Previous experience within plant hire, powered access, tool hire or material handling is essential
Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
