Motor Vehicle Technician – Bristol

Salary: £36,720 Basic + £2,900 Bonus + Overtime = £42,660+ OTE
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Days Only)
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x rate
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Earning Potential (OTE)
Basic Salary = £36,720 per year
With Bonus = £39,620 per year
With Bonus & Overtime = £42,660+ OTE

Must hold a Level 2 qualification with 3+ years’ experience or be a fully qualified Level 3 Technician.

Overview
We’re looking for a Motor Vehicle Technician to join our large, modern workshop in Bristol. This is your chance to work on a mixed fleet of 1,650+ vehicles with full manufacturer training and excellent overtime opportunities to boost your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance and repairs on a mixed fleet of vans and cars
Ensure all vehicles are safe and legally compliant for customer hire
Perform diagnostics and fault finding to high standards
Complete all job cards and documentation accurately

What You’ll Need

Level 2 qualification with 3+ years’ experience OR Level 3 qualification
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Full UK driving licence

What’s On Offer

£36,720 basic salary + £2,900 bonus OTE = £39,620
OTE of £42,660+ with regular overtime at time and a half
Day shifts only – no nights
Fully funded training including Hybrid & EV certification
24 days holiday (+bank holidays), rising to 26, plus your birthday off
