About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-focused and organised Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage and monitor customer contracts, ensure compliance, support project delivery, and act as a key point of contact for all contract-related communication.
The Contract Administrator key responsibilities:
- Administer and manage contracts to ensure full compliance with all terms and policies
- Act as the main contact for contract processes and documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Support project mobilisation and ensure responsibilities are clearly assigned
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to meet delivery deadlines and minimise risks
- Assist with performance reviews and manage contract changes or variations
- Track and report on contract performance metrics
What We’re Looking For In the Contract Administrator:
- Experience in contract administration (commercial, engineering, or project environments preferred)
- Full, clean, valid driving licence
- Strong understanding of contract compliance and risk management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to adapt to customer systems
- Proactive, accurate, and focused on continuous improvement
