Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role
Are you a hands-on, solution-focused Service Technician with a passion for keeping machinery running at its best? We’re looking for an experienced Turf Service Technician to join a dynamic, well-established team where no two days are the same. Work with a variety of professional and domestic grounds care machinery, take ownership of challenging repairs, and grow your expertise in a role that values skill, initiative, and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair a range of professional and domestic grounds care machinery.
- Diagnose faults and provide accurate information for repair quotes.
- Complete all required documentation for work assignments.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs both in the workshop and at customer sites.
- Conduct pre-delivery setup for new or used equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, including proper use of tools and vehicles.
- Participate in training and certification programs to develop technical skills.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Essential:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in maintaining and repairing turf or similar machinery.
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Own tools and basic computer literacy (training on company systems provided).
- Previous experience with commercial or agricultural machinery is highly desirable.
Desirable:
- Professional qualification in grounds care or agricultural machinery maintenance.
- Forklift licence
