Role Overview – Account Manager
The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for new and existing customers, supporting operational teams and developing long-term relationships. You will identify opportunities for business growth, manage accounts professionally, and work alongside project teams to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential new customers and actively manage existing accounts
• Develop an understanding of the marketplace and identify opportunities for growth
• Introduce new product offerings and explore entry into new markets
• Maintain open, honest, and professional communication with customer teams
• Review site-specific requirements and ensure compliance
• Work with project teams to understand upcoming demand forecasts and resource requirements
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems

Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of the transport industry; construction project site experience advantageous
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across teams
• Professional, diplomatic, and customer-focused approach
