Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Technician to join a growing service team. If you enjoy a variety of work, diagnosing and repairing machinery, and delivering excellent results to customers, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a wide range of professional and domestic grounds care machinery. You thrive on challenges, work efficiently, and are always keen to learn new skills and develop your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repair Agricultural/ Farm machinery from multiple manufacturers.
- Diagnose faults and provide accurate information to prepare repair quotes.
- Complete all necessary documentation for work assignments.
- Carry out diagnostics and repairs in the workshop and at customer sites.
- Perform pre-delivery setup for new or used equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation and ensure correct use of tools and vehicles.
- Participate in training and certification programs to continually develop skills.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Essential:
- High level of mechanical competence and experience with turf or similar machinery.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good timekeeping and communication skills.
- Own tools and computer literacy; training on company systems provided.
- Previous experience with commercial, agricultural, or construction machinery.
Desirable:
- Professional qualification in grounds care or agricultural machinery maintenance.
- Forklift license.
