Job Title: Field Parts Representative
Salary: £40,000 OTE
Hours: Mon – Fri (40 hours)

The Job
My client a leading machinery dealership is looking for a motivated Field Parts Representative to join their team. In this field-based role, you’ll deliver parts, manage stock, and drive sales growth through strong customer relationships. You’ll engage with both existing and new customers, identify opportunities to increase sales, and analyse data to support performance and improve service delivery.

Package & Benefits

Salary £32,000 (DOE)
Commission up to £600 per month based on KPI and parts sales
Company van with private use + door-to-door pay
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Laptop, phone, life assurance, pension, 30–35 days holiday, healthcare cash plan, staff perks & more

Key Responsibilities

Deliver parts to customers and engineers across Aberdeenshire
Manage stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Build relationships, handle enquiries and upsell to maximise sales
Identify new business opportunities and meet growth targets
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft applications

About You

Experience in plant/agricultural industry or similar
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Confident in upselling, handling objections and working independently
Proactive, well-organised and able to manage time effectively
Competent in data analysis and Microsoft software
