Job description – Groundcare Engineer
Location – Bishopton
Rota: Monday – Friday

Salary – £35,000-£40,000 + Van/Fuel Card

An opening has become available with one of the countries plant hire companies working as a Groundcare Engineer in their busy workshop in the Bishopton area.

The client is looking for a qualified Groundcare Engineer who has supervisory experience to take a leading role in the workshop, ensuring the team of fitters are working efficiently, to the correct standard and compliant to health and safety requirements.

The main responsibilities of the Groundcare Engineer will include;

Supervise and manage a team of Workshop / Depot and Mobile Fitters
Responsible for co-ordination of labour, materials and any other resources required for a job
Able to supervise and use initiative to overcome any problems the engineers could come across
To produce maximum profitability, maximum efficiency and maintain the best customer service possible

The successful Groundcare Engineer will have the following skills;
Experience maintaining groundcare, plant and construction machinery.
In possession of a full, valid Driving Licence
Able to demonstrate a full and varied knowledge of maintaining machinery

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
Jamie sent all the information over and then celi Called me in the morning to catch up and wish me luck for the interview..

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!
