Van Mechanic – Rotating Shifts

Reference: 58280
Pay: £17.00 per hour / £44,000 per annum basic + Overtime @ 1.5x
OTE: £45,000 – £50,000+ per year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Week 1: 7:00am – 4:30pm | Week 2: 11:00am – 8:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Earning Potential
Basic Salary: £44,000 per year
Realistic OTE: £45,000 – £50,000+ per year with available overtime

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Van Mechanic to join a busy workshop on a rotating shift pattern. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Van Mechanic to secure a stable role with strong earning potential through overtime, working exclusively on light commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

As a Van Mechanic, you will carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vans.
Perform diagnostics and fault-finding using up-to-date equipment as part of your duties as a professional Van Mechanic.
Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and is completed efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate records and uphold high workshop standards.

What You’ll Need

Proven experience as a Van Mechanic or LCV Technician.
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills on vans.
Full UK driving licence.
Qualification is beneficial but not essential for the right Van Mechanic.

What’s On Offer

£17.00 per hour / £44,000 per annum basic salary
OTE £45,000 – £50,000+ per year with overtime at 1.5x
Rotating early/late shifts – Monday to Friday only
