Salary: UP to £60,000

Your New Role

You’ll oversee daily operations across sales, service, parts, and admin, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service.

This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on managing performance, developing new business, and representing the company to both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary branch team
Drive sales and profitability through customer engagement and up selling
Maintain high service standards and grow customer relationships
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments
Support seasonal demand and peak trading periods

What You’ll Need

Strong knowledge of agricultural and/or horticultural machinery (preferred)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and sales abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in decision-making
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good IT proficiency and a full UK driving licence

What You’ll Get

Salary Up to £60,000 per year
Profit-related bonus + company vehicle
32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
