Role: Industrial Door Engineer
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £36,000 + Van (Personal use permitted) + Tools Provided
Shift: Monday – Friday (40 hours) + Overtime at 1.5x offered / NO ON CALL ROTA

My client, a respected independent specialist in industrial door systems, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Industrial Door Engineer. This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, a local patch, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities in your new Industrial Door Engineer role:

Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance to a range of industrial doors and roller shutters
Respond to on-site callouts and emergencies (no rota)
Assist with small installation projects
Deliver safe and compliant work in line with industry standards

What you’ll need in your new Industrial Door Engineer role:

Experience working with industrial doors for a minimum of 2 years
A willingness to broaden your knowledge into new product areas
Full UK driving licence
NVQ or equivalent qualification is beneficial
