OTE: £50,000

My client, a respected name in the UK bus and coach sector, is looking for a forward-thinking Workshop Manager to lead their Larbert Depot.

As part of a wider national group, this site benefits from strong investment, modern equipment, and clear operational systems—ideal for an experienced leader ready to take ownership of a well-established team.

What you’ll be doing in your new PSV Workshop Manager role:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy Bus and Coach workshop
Supporting and developing technicians through structured coaching
Ensuring high service standards, productivity and efficiency
Collaborating with the wider service and aftersales team
Monitoring KPIs and maintaining quality, health & safety, and compliance

The successful PSV Workshop Manager will have:

Proven experience in a Workshop Manager or senior supervisory role
A recognised technical qualification and hands-on background
Excellent team leadership and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver against targets
An understanding of financial performance within workshop operations
