Job Title: Service Controller
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, day shift

The client is looking to recruit a Service Controller with fantastic customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner to work within their busy and well-established company. Your duties will be supporting the service departments administration/reception and always ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role.

The Service Controller job role:

Organising engineers schedules
Planning and the allocation of work to engineers
Be present for the depot Audits/Checks
Work with engineers to resolve technical issues
Support the service team and manager to help with customer issues
Schedule training needs for department
Support the Service Manager with customers’ end-to-end journey.

The ideal candidate for this Service Controller role will have:

Previous experience in the Plant, Generators, Tool, or Material Handling industries.
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and general computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
