Role: Industrial Door Engineer
Location: Aberdeenshire
Salary: £51,480 + Door-to-Door + Van
Shift: Monday – Friday (45 hours)
Overtime: Offered at 1.5x and 2x
On call: £350 Standby + Overtime rates

My client, a well-known and respected industry specialist in the Aberdeen area is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Industrial Door Engineer. This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.

As an Industrial Door Engineer you will be responsible for
Routine maintenance, service and installation of industrial doors
Repairs as necessary to ensure industrial doors are fit for purpose
Mechanical & electrical repairs
Diagnostics / fault finding
Inspections

The successful Industrial Door Engineer will have the following experience
Experience working with industrial doors
A willingness to broaden your knowledge into new product areas
Full UK driving licence
NVQ or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential

The Industrial Door Engineer will receive an excellent remuneration package which includes
Competitive salary with a clear progression path
Door-to-door travel paid
Company van and power tools provided
Enhanced overtime rates at 1.5x or 2x
28 days holiday
Stakeholder pension scheme and employee benefits
Death in Service + many more benefits

Received a call from David Wallace with a job opportunity in my area after previously speaking with the agency about work.
After a quick chat he set up an interview with the employer and five days from the initial call I was offered the job.
