Service Manager – Agricultural Industry

Join a successful branch and take charge of delivering top-quality repairs while motivating and supporting your technicians.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the Service Department, managing staff, customer relations, and departmental performance. You’ll ensure technicians are fully supported, customers are satisfied, and targets are met.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in agricultural machinery; Tractors, Combines and other farm machinery
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Confident in leading, mentoring, and motivating a technical team
- Knowledge of KPIs, profit/loss and manufacturer warranty systems
- Excellent communicator with the ability to manage customers and staff professionally
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
Details:
- Location: Cambridgeshire
- Hours: 42/week, Monday–Friday (additional peak hours and alternate Saturdays)
- Salary: Disclosed on Application+ Company vehicle + Profit-related bonus
