Job Title: Yard Operative/Labourer
Salary: £12.60 P/H
Hours: 45 hours P/W
Location: Perth, East Scotland

A great opportunity has for a Yard Operative/Labourer has come up for a client of mine in the Perth Area.

My client, a large transport company with a sizable depot in the Perth area are looking to recruit skilled Yard Operative/Labourer.

Our Yard Operative/Labourer will have to be able to cope with the day to day pressures that a normal vehicle workshop brings and be able to make decisions when faced with daily tasks

Yard Operative/Labourer Duties:
– Working pattern to be discussed at interview, 45 hours per week.
– Undertake a wide range of duties to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the engineering premises and smooth operation of the depot.
– Fuel and wash our vehicles to meet service requirements.
– Fully comply with all health and safety and engineering legislation along with company policies.
– Fully comply with all relevant SSOW.
– Assist supervisors and managers with all ad hoc requirements.
– Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
– Maintain and develop technical skills as required.
– Practice the highest standards of housekeeping.

Who are we looking for?
Must have full UK driving licence
