Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum DOE
OTE: Up to £50,000+ per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Earning Potential
Basic Salary: Up to £42,000 per year (depending on experience)
Realistic OTE: Up to £50,000+ per year with overtime at 1.5x

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Plant Technician to join the award-winning team at Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Plant Technician to build a great career with comprehensive training, excellent earning potential, and the chance to work on a wide range of plant machinery for a market-leading employer.
Key Responsibilities

As a Plant Technician, you will perform major and minor repairs, PDI works, and attachment setup on plant machinery.
Carry out mobile repair and maintenance, ensuring machines are fully compliant and maximise customer uptime as a professional Plant Technician.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance according to schedules and machine hours.
Maintain accurate records, complete all documentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

What You’ll Need

Level 3 qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI) in Plant Machinery Repair and Maintenance.
Proven experience as a Plant Technician with the ability to identify worn and faulty components to DVSA standards.
A current, full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle and machinery classes.
A strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
