Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum DOE
OTE: Up to £50,000+ per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Earning Potential
Basic Salary: Up to £42,000 per year (depending on experience)
Realistic OTE: Up to £50,000+ per year with overtime at 1.5x
Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Plant Technician to join the award-winning team at Gloucester. Key Responsibilities
- As a Plant Technician, you will perform major and minor repairs, PDI works, and attachment setup on plant machinery.
- Carry out mobile repair and maintenance, ensuring machines are fully compliant and maximise customer uptime as a professional Plant Technician.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance according to schedules and machine hours.
- Maintain accurate records, complete all documentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI) in Plant Machinery Repair and Maintenance.
- Proven experience as a Plant Technician with the ability to identify worn and faulty components to DVSA standards.
- A current, full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle and machinery classes.
- A strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
