Heavy Crane Engineer Location: Warrington
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: Up to £19 per hour
Overtime: Paid at time and a half and double time
OTE: Up to £70,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Heavy Crane Engineer to join a well-established operation based in Warrington. This is a Monday–Friday role offering excellent overtime opportunities and strong earning potential.

The Role:

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy cranes and lifting equipment
  • Diagnosing faults and completing breakdown repairs efficiently
  • Completing LOLER inspections and ensuring equipment is compliant with safety regulations
  • Working both in the workshop and on customer sites as required
  • Accurately completing job reports and service documentation
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Heavy Crane Engineer or similar lifting equipment role
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault-finding skills
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
