Refrigeration Installation Engineer – Commercial Vehicle Specialist

Salary: £31,000 – £33,400 per annum (DOE)
OTE: Up to £37,500 per year (with overtime)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (08:00 – 16:30, 30-minute unpaid break)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join the UK’s largest commercial vehicle dealer group. Key Responsibilities

As a Refrigeration Installation Engineer, you will carry out refrigeration installations and preventive maintenance on commercial vehicles.
Work with workshop teams to diagnose, plan, and complete installations to the highest safety and performance standards.
Maintain workshop inventory, cleanliness, and organisation, ensuring all work is documented accurately.
Uphold company values of excellence, reliability, and teamwork in every task.

What You’ll Need

Previous experience as a Refrigeration Installation Engineer
Essential qualifications:
- F-Gas & ODS Regulations – Category I (City & Guilds 2079-11)
- F-Gas Category 2
Strong attention to detail, time management, and resilience.
A motivated, team-focused attitude and commitment to quality.

What’s On Offer

£31,000 – £33,400 per annum (depending on experience)
OTE up to £37,500 per year with overtime at 1.5x rate
Monday – Friday days – stable schedule with occasional Saturday overtime
20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
