Welfare Fitter
Salary: £35,000 + Van + Fuel Card
Rota: Monday – Friday – Days
My client, a large hire company, is looking for a qualified and experienced Mobile Fitter to join their fitter team.

The main responsibilities of the Welfare Fitter will include;
Routine maintenance of 2/4 stroke engines, small tool machinery and plant machinery.
Repairs as necessary to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose
Fault Finding
Inspections

The client is prepared to offer the Welfare Fitter;
A competitive salary with excellent overtime rates
Genuine opportunities for career progression

The successful Welfare Fitter will have;
A full UK Driving licence

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
Jamie sent all the information over and then celi Called me in the morning to catch up and wish me luck for the interview..

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!
