Hours: Mon – Friday Days
Are you a driven sales professional ready to make your mark in a fast-paced, growing business? Our client, a leading name in the building merchant & tool hire industry, is looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Representative to help capture untapped market share and drive new business growth.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in expanding the customer base, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities. This is your chance to take ownership, win new business, and directly influence company success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Proactively generating new business and winning new customers
Managing inbound enquiries and converting them into sales
Building strong relationships with trade customers and contractors
Identifying opportunities to grow market share
Delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge
Supporting the wider sales team to achieve growth targets

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience (building materials or merchant experience desirable)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven with a proactive, winning mindset
Commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities
Passion for delivering results and driving business growth
