Rota: Monday – Friday
Overtime at increased rate
Salary – £35,000-£40,000 Van+Fuel Card provided

Our client a proud Plant and Groundcare dealership seeking a talented and dedicated Groundcare Engineer to join their team. With a competitive salary, company van, and fuel card included, this is an excellent opportunity to work with industry-leading equipment while advancing your career.

The Role
As a Groundcare Engineer, you will:

Service, maintain, and repair a variety of groundcare machinery, including Toro products.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, ensuring first-class resolutions.
Provide on-site and workshop-based support to our clients, delivering excellent customer service.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to maximize equipment performance.
Collaborate with the dealership team to uphold the highest standards of service and support.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year.
Fully Equipped Van: Includes tools and equipment required for the job.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Groundcare Engineer or similar role.
Expertise in groundcare machinery, especially Toro products, is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A full UK driving license is essential.

There was an issue, however the matter has been resolved by the Operations manager Sam and the rest of the staff, including Matt. Very happy with the results. Looks like there was a lack of communication between A staff memberhowever everything has been resolved. Natalie, my first contact with the company was very lovely and professional.
