HGV Technician – Night Shift (Warrington)

Pay: Up to £24.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 22:30 – 07:00
Contract: Permanent

Earning Potential (OTE)

• Basic Salary: Up to £54,080 per year (based on 45-hour week).
• Realistic OTE: £57,000 – £60,000+ per year with overtime.
• Overtime is paid at an enhanced rate (details to be confirmed at interview).

Overview
We’re looking for a skilled HGV Technician to join a busy workshop in Warrington on a permanent night shift. This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, a competitive hourly rate of up to £24.00, and the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings through available overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of commercial vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics and fault-finding to DVSA standards.
• Complete accurate job cards and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment.
• Work independently and efficiently during night shift operations.

What You’ll Need

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI).
• Proven experience as an HGV Technician in a workshop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
