Job Title: Fleet Fitter
Salary: £41,000 – £48,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday – Friday, Days

Responsibilities:
As an Fleet Fitter , your key responsibilities will include:

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on a range of light commercial vehicles (LCVs), including vans, minibusses, and other fleet vehicles.
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime.
Conducting safety inspections and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and meet performance standards.
Collaborating with the service team to provide top-quality customer service and support.
Maintaining accurate records of work carried out, adhering to all health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:

A full UK Driving Licence.
Previous experience in servicing and maintaining LCVs, including diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in the field.
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (preferred but not essential).
