Description
Job Title: Trailer Fitter
Location: Bredbury
Salary: £41.5K – £45.5K
Hours: Monday to Friday (Days) and alternate Saturday mornings (paid at 1.5X) or Mon-Thurs one week and Tues – Fri the next, with Saturday mornings as required on the Friday working week
Shift: Days (10 or 12 hrs)
Overtime: Available and paid at 1.5X

Join Our Team as a Trailer Fitter!
We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Trailer Fitter to join our multi-site commercial vehicle and trailer specialist team at our repair and refurbishment centre in Bredbury.
Key Responsibilities of the Trailer Fitter:
- Perform general servicing and inspections on a varity of trailers and some HGV’s
- Execute repairs following depot procedures
- Complete job sheets as required
- Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections and servicing
- Prepare vehicles for MOT
Required Skills and Experience for the Trailer Fitter role:
- Experience gained working on Trailers or HGV’s
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 1, 2, or 3 certificates or equivalent qualifications and experience
- Welding experience would be highly beneficial
