£45,000 – £50,000 + KPI bonus

I’m currently recruiting for an Assistant Sales Manager who will work closely with the Sales Directors, acting as their right-hand support in managing and driving the sales team.

The Assistant Sales Manager duties:

• Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activities and strategy.
• Help manage key client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Motivate and support the sales team to hit their targets.
• Keep an eye on market trends and look for new business opportunities.
• Assist with sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
• Attend client meetings, events, and trade shows when needed.
• Work with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications needed from the Assistant Sales Manager:

• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, CRM systems, and forecasting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with an interest in improving the customer experience.
