Mobile Plant Fitter
£45,000 – £60,000 OTE | Company Van + Fuel Card | Field-Based Role
Kemp Recruitment is working with a leading UK machinery dealership to recruit an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established national business offering structured career progression, stable working hours, and strong earning potential.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of mobile plant equipment at customer sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing mobile plant machinery
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
Carrying out inspections and preventative maintenance
Ensuring all work is completed to industry and safety standards
Providing professional support and advice to customers on site

What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant, HGV, Agricultural Machinery Maintenance, or a similar qualification
Previous experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or Field Service Engineer
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Full UK Driving Licence
CSCS card (advantageous but not essential)
