Description

Role: Automatic and Industrial Door Engineer
Location: Rotherham   
Salary: £16ph – £20ph DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday (37.5hrs)  

My client, a respected independent specialist in industrial door systems, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Automatic and Industrial Door Engineer. This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, a local patch, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities in your new Automatic and Industrial Door Engineer role:

  • Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance to a range of automatic an industrial doors
  • Respond to on-site callouts and emergencies
  • Assist with small installation projects
  • Deliver safe and compliant work in line with industry standards

What you’ll need in your new Automatic and Industrial Door Engineer role:

  • Experience working with automatic doors, or a willingness to learn this side of the business if your experience is mainly industrial
  • Stanley, record and label brand experience would be desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Qualifications are beneficial but not essential
