Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Car / Allowance
Location: Home Based (UK Wide Travel Required)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Group Property Manager to join a large, national organisation managing a diverse commercial property portfolio across the UK.
This is a home-based role with travel to sites primarily across the Midlands and North East, supporting multiple business divisions with their commercial property requirements.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial property management, who is confident managing leases, negotiating with landlords, and working across a national portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

• Managing a national commercial property portfolio
• Handling lease events including renewals, breaks, expiries, and new leases/licences
• Negotiating with landlords and agents on lease terms and agreements
• Managing and maintaining property and lease documentation
• Supporting rent reviews and lease negotiations
• Working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple divisions
• Supporting budget setting and cost control across property portfolios
• Overseeing site acquisitions, closures, refurbishments, and fit-outs
• Managing external suppliers including surveyors and legal partners

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in commercial property management
• Strong experience with lease management, lease negotiations, and rent reviews
• Proven background working with commercial (NOT residential/social housing) portfolios
• Experience dealing with landlords, agents, and external legal teams
• Good understanding of commercial lease structures and legislation (e.g. Landlord & Tenant Act)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable:

• MRICS / ARICS (or working towards)
• Experience managing national or multi-site portfolios
