LCV Technician – Permanent Days (Warrington)

Pay: £19.19 – £20.25 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible between 08:00–16:30 or 08:30–17:00, 30-minute lunch)
Contract: Permanent

Earning Potential (OTE)

• Hourly Rate: £19.19 – £20.25 per hour
• Basic Salary: £39,915 – £42,120 per year (based on 40-hour week)
• Overtime Rate: Paid at time-and-a-half (1.5x) – £28.79 – £30.38 per hour
• With 3 hours overtime per week: + £4,491 – £4,739 per year
• Realistic OTE: £44,406 – £46,859+ per year

Overview
We’re looking for a skilled LCV Technician to join a modern workshop in Warrington on a permanent dayshift. This role offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule (choose between 08:00–16:30 or 08:30–17:00), competitive hourly rates, and the opportunity to specialise in light commercial vehicle maintenance in a professional, well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles
• Perform diagnostics and fault-finding to manufacturer standards
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with workshop procedures
• Maintain accurate job cards and documentation
• Uphold high standards of workshop organisation and safety

What You’ll Need

• Recognised Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle or Van Maintenance (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as an LCV Technician working on vans
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Full UK driving licence
