Parts Telesales Executive
Stanwell
£34,000 per year
8am-5pm Mon–Fri + 8am-12pm 1 in 4 Saturdays

Looking to accelerate your sales career in the automotive industry? Our client is on the hunt for a driven Parts Telesales Executive to join a busy and successful team based in Heathrow. If you thrive on hitting targets, building relationships, and delivering top-tier customer service this could be your next move.

What you’ll be doing:

Proactively selling parts to new and existing customers
Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into sales
Identifying customer needs and sourcing the right parts
Preparing and following up quotations to maximise conversions
Managing orders, payments, and stock movements
Building strong, long-term customer relationships
Working closely with Parts & Aftersales teams to keep vehicles on the road

What we’re looking for:

Experience in parts sales, telesales, or a customer-facing sales role (automotive ideal)
Confident, professional phone manner
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven with a proactive, organised approach
Experience with Keyloop/Kerridge systems (preferred)
Great attention to detail and IT skills
