LCV Technician – Day Shift (Bristol)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:30 (45 hours per week) + Saturday mornings as required

Earning Potential (OTE)

• Hourly Rate: Up to £21.00 per hour
• Basic Salary: Up to £49,140 per year (based on 45-hour week)
• Overtime Rate: Paid at time-and-a-half (1.5x) – up to £31.50 per hour
• With 3 hours overtime per week: + £4,914 per year
• Realistic OTE: £54,000+ per year

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced LCV Technician to join an expanding team at a busy commercial vehicle dealership in Bristol. This role offers a stable day shift pattern, competitive hourly rates up to £21.00, and the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime paid at time-and-a-half. With a dealership background preferred, this is a great opportunity for a skilled technician to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles
• Perform diagnostics and fault-finding to manufacturer standards
• Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards
• Complete accurate job cards and documentation
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop safety

What You’ll Need

• Recognised Level 3 qualification in LCV Maintenance (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI)
• Dealership background is preferred
• Proven experience as an LCV Technician
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Full UK driving licence
