Hire & Sales Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-Time
Type: Permanent
The Role:
As a Hire & Sales Coordinator, you will act as the central point of contact between the customer and internal teams. Your role is to make sure that all aspects of the hire process run smoothly, from processing orders to resolving queries and providing excellent customer service throughout.
Hire & Sales Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-hires, off-hires, exchanges, and breakdown requests
- Raise contracts accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with depots to coordinate plant and equipment deliveries
- Handle customer queries, delivery issues, and invoice queries
- Monitor hire reports, collections, and ensure accurate records
- Support account managers and assist with reporting and KPIs
- Identify opportunities for additional sales and rehiring equipment
What we’re looking for in the Hire & Sales Coordinator:
- Experience in hire, sales admin, or customer service
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using IT systems
- Team player with a customer-focused approach
