Mobile HGV Technician
Depot location: Croydon
Patch: South London
Money: £70,000
8am – 6pm (Monday to Friday) + Evenings & weekends on a rota

Our client, a large commercial vehicle dealership group, is seeking a skilled Mobile HGV Technician to join their commercial vehicle support team. This role involves attending breakdowns and carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across the patch, alongside workshop-based duties when required.

Your Responsibilities
Attend roadside breakdowns across the designated area
Diagnose faults and carry out effective roadside repairs where possible
Perform servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics on HGV vehicles
Liaise with service teams and escalate complex issues when required
Follow OEM standards and procedures (training provided)

What You’ll Bring
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
Strong diagnostic and repair capability
Confident working independently in a mobile role
Full UK driving licence
Experience with roadside assistance and diagnostics beneficial
