Agricultural Engineer

Seeking a talented Agricultural Engineer to join my client’s team, developing the next generation of high-performance tractors that power modern agriculture.

About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and continuous improvement of advanced tractor systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance tractor systems to improve performance, durability, and efficiency
Work across mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel components
Collaborate closely with other teams
Ensure all safety regulations and industry standards are followed

What We’re Looking For

NVQ in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience working with heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, or vehicle systems
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical engineering solution
Good understanding of farming operations and equipment use in real-world conditions
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!
