Yard Operative
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 basic + overtime
The Role
As a Yard Operative, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations within a busy yard environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing general assistance around the yard, including loading and offloading equipment
Assisting with basic servicing, maintenance, and repairs of machinery
Inspecting machines for damage and reporting any issues
Ensuring the yard is kept clean, tidy, and well organised
Supporting colleagues to ensure equipment is prepared and ready for hire

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working within a construction or plant environment
CSCS card (desirable but not essential)
Full driving licence
Counterbalance forklift licence
A proactive, reliable approach with a strong work ethic

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
