Location: Sleaford Area
Hour: 39 per week
Salary: Hourly Rate + Overtime at 1.5

The Role
You’ll be the heartbeat of our showroom, you aren’t just selling “bits and pieces” you are providing the essential solutions that keep our customers and technicians moving. From face-to-face expert advice to managing phone enquiries and dispatching orders, you’ll ensure every person who walks through our doors receives first-class service.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

A Natural Communicator: You’re polite, professional, and can handle a busy counter with a smile.
Industry Savvy: Knowledge of agricultural or horticultural parts is a huge plus, but we also value experience from the motor trade or general retail showrooms.
Cool Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the “buzz” of a busy workday.
Detail Oriented: Whether it’s handling cash, processing card payments, or tracking down a specific part number, accuracy is your middle name.
Tech Literate: Comfortable with computers, email, and the internet.
Sales Driven: You’re motivated by targets and enjoy identifying opportunities to help the customer get exactly what they need.

Additional Information

Hours: 39 hours per week.
Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half.

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
Jamie sent all the information over and then celi Called me in the morning to catch up and wish me luck for the interview..

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!

Received a call from David Wallace with a job opportunity in my area after previously speaking with the agency about work.
After a quick chat he set up an interview with the employer and five days from the initial call I was offered the job.
The whole process was very easy and not drawn out over many weeks as is the norm when applying for jobs.
