Parts Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established, family-owned business, near their Newmarket branch. This role involves providing parts support to retail, account, and workshop customers while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key duties include:

Selling parts and processing orders and invoices
Supporting workshop and trade counter enquiries
Managing stock, deliveries, and warehouse organisation
Maintaining customer relationships and promoting offers
Completing stock checks and using parts/IBCOS systems
Occasional deliveries and equipment sales/installation
General warehouse duties (some heavy lifting required; forklift experience beneficial)

What’s on offer:

£27,000 Plus overtime £32,500 OTE
Company pension and sick pay scheme

Jamie has been fantastic and so supportive and helpful through the process. Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!
