Depot Manager
£38,000-£42,000
Monday – Friday

Depot Manager Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily depot operations and drive workshop efficiency
Manage and develop depot teams including Technicians, Engineers, Parts, and Admin staff
Deliver excellent customer service and manage escalations
Achieve depot P&L, labour sales, and parts sales targets
Monitor WIP, stock, invoicing, and warranty claims
Ensure Health & Safety and compliance standards are met
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

What We’re Looking For From the Depot Manager:

Previous management experience in a depot, workshop, or service environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercial awareness with P&L responsibility
Excellent organisational and customer service skills
Knowledge of Health & Safety and operational compliance
