Agricultural Service Engineer

Location: Stratford Upon Avon
Saalry: £28,000– £46,000 + Benefits

Join a prestigious,family business with a 200-year legacy. We are looking for a skilled Agricultural Service Engineer to join a premier team, working with industry-leading brands.

The Role

Service, maintain, and repair high-spec agricultural machinery.
Diagnose complex electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain faults using advanced software.
Work with cutting-edge GPS and Telematics technology.
Perform welding, fabrication, and pre-demonstration inspections.
Attend factory training to stay at the forefront of the industry.

The Requirements

Experience in Agricultural, Construction, or Commercial vehicle engineering.
Relevant qualification in Land-Based Engineering (preferred).
Strong diagnostic skills and welding/fabrication experience.
A full UK driving licence and a flexible approach to seasonal overtime.

The Benefits

Pay: £28k – £46k OTE + Overtime.

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
Jamie sent all the information over and then celi Called me in the morning to catch up and wish me luck for the interview..

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!
