Monday – Friday 40 hours

We are looking for an experienced Parts Sales Representative to join the team. This is a customer-facing role focused on building strong relationships, promoting parts sales, and delivering excellent customer service across the territory.

Parts Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote and sell the company parts range
• Deliver parts to customers in a timely manner
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions
• Complete customer call sheets and administration accurately
• Work closely with colleagues and management
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Follow company health & safety procedures

Requirements needed for the Parts Sales Representative:

• Previous parts sales experience within construction, plant, automotive, agricultural, or similar industries
• A full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales and relationship-building ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
