Role: Industrial Door Engineer
Location: Cardiff
Salary: Up to £48,000 DOE + Van + Fuel Card
Shift: Monday – Friday (40 hours)
Overtime: Some weekend availability at 1.5x
On Call: None

My client, a respected independent specialist in Industrial Door Systems, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Industrial Door Engineer to join the team. This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, a local patch, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.

As an Industrial Door Engineer you will be responsible for
Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance to a range of Industrial doors, gates, barriers and roller shutters, and automatic doors
Assist with small installation projects
Deliver safe and compliant work in line with industry standards

The successful Industrial Door Engineer will have the following experience
Experience working with Industrial doors, gates and barriers and a willingness and the experience to occasionally work on automatic doors
A willingness to broaden your knowledge into new product areas
Full UK driving licence
NVQ or equivalent qualification is beneficial

The Industrial Door Engineer will receive an excellent remuneration package which includes
Competitive salary based on experience
Company van
A local patch with no on call rota
Pension scheme and employee benefits
Salary protection and death-in-service cover
