Join Our Team as a Tool Hire Driver in Leeds!
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Tool Hire Driver to join a well-established client in the Leeds area. This is a great opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach who enjoys being out on the road and delivering excellent customer service.
What’s on Offer:

Competitive salary of £25,000 – £31,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and collect tools and equipment safely using a 3.5T vehicle
Plan and manage multi-drop delivery routes efficiently
Load and unload equipment safely and securely
Carry out vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and documentation
Check tools in and out, ensuring they meet safety and compliance standards
Identify and report any faults or damage
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Communicate delivery updates and resolve customer queries
Support the workshop with general duties when required

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical, and customer-focused with a flexible attitude to work.
Essential Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (up to 3.5T)
Previous experience driving for work purposes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hands-on, practical mindset

Desirable (but not essential):

Multi-drop delivery experience
Experience within tool hire, construction, or a similar industry
Basic mechanical or workshop experience

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
Jamie sent all the information over and then celi Called me in the morning to catch up and wish me luck for the interview..

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!
