Location: Southampton
Shift: Monday to Friday Days
Salary: Up to £39,000 basic + Overtime

Due to continued business growth, they are now looking to add a Mobile Vehicle Technician to their expert team covering the Southampton area.

About the Mobile Vehicle Technician Role:

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining fleet reliability while delivering a high level of service directly at customer sites and roadside locations. Working with well-known brands including Mercedes, Iveco, and Ford, your day-to-day will include:

Travelling to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of LCVs and specialist vehicles
Carrying out routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
Conducting safety checks and preparing vehicles for MOT
Responding to breakdowns and providing efficient roadside repairs where required
Ensuring all work is completed in line with DVSA and manufacturer standards
Delivering excellent customer service while working independently in the field

What We’re Looking for in the Successful Mobile Vehicle Technician:

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
Previous experience working with LCVs or commercial vehicles
Full UK driving licence (essential for a mobile role)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
