Position: Engineering Manager
Location: Keighley
Pay: £50K
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 37 Hours per week

Kemp recruitment are partnered with a large bus operator in the North of England, who are looking to recruit an engineering manager to join their team in Kieghley.

What you’ll be doing

Overseeing all maintenance activities for a fleet of buses, including servicing, inspections, and repairs
Ensuring vehicles consistently meet regulatory standards and achieve high MOT pass rates
Managing a team of engineers, body repair specialists, and electricians
Planning shifts and organising on-call cover
Maintaining full compliance with operator licensing requirements
Promoting and enforcing health, safety, and workshop standards

What we need from you

A Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent, such as City & Guilds qualifications)
A full driving licence
Previous experience working within the Automotive Sector.
Prior Managerial/Supervisory Experience in the Automotive Sector

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
