RRV Plant Fitter
£18.50 – £20 per hour
Van + Fuel Card
Key Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on RRVs and rail plant equipment
Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical faults
Complete inspections and preventative maintenance checks
Ensure all work is completed to industry safety standards
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
Work closely with workshop and site teams to minimise downtime
Attend breakdowns and carry out emergency repairs when required

Requirements (desirable:

Previous experience working as an RRV Fitter or Plant Fitter
Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
Ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently
Full UK driving licence & PTS ticket
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
