Service Supervisor
Monday – Friday
£40,000
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Supervisor to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating Field Service Engineers, scheduling jobs, keeping customers updated, ordering parts, processing completed work through to invoicing, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service department.
Key Responsibilities for the Service Supervisor:
- Schedule and allocate work to Field Service Engineers.
- Manage engineer workloads, holidays and sickness reporting.
- Keep customers informed on the progress of repairs.
- Raise service job cards and process completed jobs for invoicing.
- Order parts and monitor work in progress.
- Support the Depot Manager and liaise with internal departments.
- Complete general administration and reporting.
About the Service Supervisor:
- Previous experience in a service, scheduling or customer service role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- Right to work in the UK.
