Salary: £32,000 – £35,500 per annum + Monthly Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday | Day Shifts
Are you an experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver looking for a Monday to Friday role with a well-established company?
We’re currently recruiting for a reliable and professional driver to join a busy team in Bicester, delivering plant and tool hire equipment to customers across the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that offers long-term stability, ongoing training, and genuine career progression.
The Role
As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering and collecting plant and tool hire equipment safely, efficiently, and on time while providing an excellent level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver and collect plant and tool hire equipment
Safely tow plant machinery and equipment using a trailer
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects
Load, secure, and transport equipment safely
Complete delivery documentation accurately
Provide a professional and friendly service to customers
Comply with all Driver CPC, Tachograph, and Health & Safety regulations

About You
To be considered, you’ll have:

A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) Driving Licence
Experience towing trailers carrying plant equipment (essential)
Driver CPC qualification with up-to-date CPC training
Digital Tachograph Card
Good knowledge of driver legislation and safe loading practices
A positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
