Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults using advanced diagnostic software.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.
• Complete chargeable, warranty and internal repair work efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate specialist tools and workshop equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.
• Work both independently and as part of an experienced service team.

About You:

• Previous experience within the construction or agricultural machinery industry (preferred).
• Strong hydraulic and electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience using computer-based diagnostic software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• A proactive, reliable and self-motivated approach.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet customer deadlines.
• A good level of physical fitness, including the ability to safely handle heavy components and equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and participate in a weekend on-call rota when required.
